Website analytics and privacy choices

South Florals Group uses essential storage for site operation and lead attribution. Optional behavior analytics are loaded only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Necessary only” prevents Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager from loading.

Information collected by this website

First-touch attribution may store the landing path, referring origin and path, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in browser session storage. The analytics choice and decision time are stored in local storage. Form submissions can include the fields a visitor chooses to provide, such as contact details, service or career interests, a resume link, shop information and a message.

Microsoft Clarity and Google measurement

When approved, these tools help us understand aggregate navigation, clicks, scrolling, form-submit signals, broken interactions and page usability. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are denied. All forms are explicitly marked for masking, and we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, resumes or confidential seller information as analytics identifiers, custom tags or data-layer values.

Lead forms

Contact, service, careers and acquisition forms are used to respond to the request and operate the applicable business workflow. After server validation, a submission is stored in the configured South Florals content system. Depending on the configured workflow, a notification may be sent through an email provider and the lead may be handed to a configured customer-relationship system. Hosting and delivery providers process this information on behalf of South Florals Group. Behavior analytics are not a lead-record system.

Do not send financial statements, tax records, government identifiers, payment-card information or other sensitive records through a website form. Acquisition diligence documents should be exchanged only after the parties agree on an appropriate process and information protections.

Retention and requests

Lead and applicant records are retained according to the applicable operational workflow and any legal or recordkeeping requirements. To ask about a submitted record, or request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email info@southfloralsgroup.com. South Florals Group may need enough information to locate and verify the request.

Changing your choice

Use the controls below to change the optional analytics choice for this browser at any time. The update applies immediately. Clearing session storage separately removes the browser’s stored first-touch attribution. These browser actions do not delete a form submission that was already sent; use the contact method above for a record request.
